This ring features a 3.00-carat elongated cushion old mine-cut laboratory-grown diamond, D colour and VVS1 clarity, enclosed in a milgrain bezel setting. The old mine cut — a precursor to the modern brilliant cut with a more open culet, higher crown, and smaller table — produces a softer, warmer light return than contemporary brilliant cuts, with a romantic, antique quality that distinguishes it from every other ring in the Claritas line. The elongated cushion silhouette with a 1.20:1 length-to-width ratio provides a squarer, more traditional cushion profile.

The milgrain bezel — a continuous rim of gold decorated with a fine line of tiny bead-work along its upper edge — frames the stone with a detail that references antique jewellery craftsmanship. Below, the band splits into two shanks that frame a negative space before joining at the back of the ring, providing a graceful, architectural connection between setting and shank.
