Sean walked me through every detail, selecting the ideal center diamond, adjusting the CAD renders to capture the exact side-stone wrap and low-profile setting I was after, and keeping me posted through bench setting, IGI certification, and custom engraving. Getting behind-the-scenes updates while it was being made, made the whole journey incredibly exciting.
When the ring arrived, the quality and craftsmanship completely exceeded my expectations. The platinum work and stone setting are absolutely flawless.

While visiting family in Cape Town from Australia, I decided to have a platinum lab diamond eternity band made by Heritage & Co., and I’m so glad I did.
I had a consultation with Chloe, who was wonderful throughout the entire process. We went through all the details together and I was able to design my ring exactly to my specifications, which made it feel incredibly personal. I especially loved being kept involved during production, with emails, updates and videos showing my ring being made. It really felt as though I was part of the process from beginning to end.
The finished ring is absolutely beautiful and the quality exceeded my expectations. Even the luxurious ring box deserves a mention! I’ve already had so many compliments on my ring since returning to Australia.
