Returns & Refunds
Made to Order
Every Heritage & Co. creation is made to order. Production begins on receipt of your order confirmation and cannot be paused or reversed once underway. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once production has commenced.
Defects
If your creation arrives with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing heritage@heritageandco.co.za with your order number and clear photographs of the defect. We will assess your submission and respond within 5 business days.
Defects confirmed by Heritage & Co. are addressed under our 20-year warranty. See the Warranty page for full terms, including what is and is not covered.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may hold under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa). Where those rights apply and cannot lawfully be excluded, they remain in full force.
