A single ray, caught in gold.

The Umsebe pendant is the founding piece of Heritage & Co.'s first heritage collection. Its form traces the iklwa — the leaf-bladed spear of the Zulu kingdom — opened like a husk and reimagined as a vessel for light.

At its centre sits a 1.5ct marquise IGI certified lab diamond, set in an open-cradle leaf frame with four-prong security. Twenty-eight smaller IGI certified lab diamonds run the inner rails of the cradle — fourteen on each side — totalling 0.6ct of pavé that catches light along every edge.

Worn against the throat, it falls with intent. Solid 14K yellow gold, hand-finished, weighted to drop straight rather than swing.
