Emerald-cut halo engagement rings. Step-cut centre stones with hidden halo settings. Lab diamond and moissanite, 14K and 18K gold.

An emerald cut is a step cut, not a brilliant cut. Instead of the triangular kite facets that bounce light in a round or oval, the emerald has long parallel facets stepped down from the table. The result is a series of clean rectangular flashes, more glass-like than rainbow-like, with the structure of the stone showing through clearly. The cut rewards high-clarity stones. D colour VVS1 is the floor for an emerald cut that reads cleanly.

Heritage & Co.'s emerald halo settings pair the step-cut centre with a hidden halo of pavé diamonds. CLARITAS lab diamonds at D/VVS1 IGI. AETERNA moissanite at D/VVS1 GRA. Every ring made-to-order in Cape Town with the H&Co. 20-year defect warranty.

Certified Stones

Every centre stone is independently certified and individually selected for proportion, symmetry, and light performance. We do not sell uncertified stones.

Precious Metals Only. No Exceptions.

Every engagement ring is crafted in solid gold or platinum. We do not use sterling silver, plated metals, or vermeil for rings intended to last a lifetime.

Engineered for Lifetime Wear

Reinforced prong settings, balanced proportions, and finishes selected for long term durability. These rings are built for real life, not just the proposal.

We believe customers deserve to understand exactly what they’re buying — from stone certification to metal composition and finishing thickness.
