A Leaf, Rendered in Stone
The iklwa was forged in the early nineteenth century during the reign of Shaka kaSenzangakhona. The leaf-shaped blade is among the most recognisable forms in southern African material culture. The marquise stone is the closest equivalent in the language of fine jewellery — set east-west across the finger, it carries the form of the iklwa in lab-grown diamond rather than in steel.

All rings are made to order. Please allow approximately five weeks for production prior to dispatch. Once shipped, delivery takes 2–5 business days via secure, insured courier. We will keep you updated every step of the way.
Every piece is made to the ring size you confirm with us before production begins, so the fit is right from the start. If you are unsure of your size, our ring sizer lets you measure at home first. Should your ring need resizing after delivery, contact us through the Service Request page and we will advise what is possible for your setting and quote you before any work begins.
Absolutely. We sell only lab-grown diamonds (IGI D/VVS1) and GRA-certified moissanite — stones grown above ground, with no mining involved. Conflict-free and traceable by nature, not by certificate.

Every piece is made to order and production begins when you confirm your order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind once making has started. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will put it right under the 20-year warranty. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are unaffected.
