> Heritage & Co. is a South African fine jewellery house based in Cape Town, trading online only with no showroom. Consultations are by WhatsApp or video call; in-person meetings in Cape Town on request. Every piece is made to order in about five weeks; three weeks is possible if needed.

## Collections and prices (ZAR, VAT not charged, packaging and insured delivery included)

- AETERNA: moissanite engagement rings in 10K or 14K solid gold (Citadelle in 18K, Reverie in 950 platinum). From R19,500 (10K, 1ct).
- CLARITAS and INSIGNIA: IGI certified lab grown diamond engagement rings in solid gold. From R17,000 (CLARITAS LUMINEUSE), up to R154,000 (prices checked 8 October 2026; the product pages are authoritative).
- LUMINA and PURUS: wedding bands and stackable bands.
- Pearls: LUNAIRE Akoya R15,500 to R98,500; NOTTURNO Tahitian R21,000 to R94,500; AUREA Golden South Sea R28,500 to R98,500.
- Hidden halo add-on: R1,500 on moissanite, R2,500 on lab grown diamond. Complimentary engraving on every ring.
- Everything is customisable; customers may send their own designs. Men's rings, tennis bracelets and earrings by quote.

## Stones and metals

- The standard centre stone is D colour, VVS1 clarity, Excellent cut. Some lab grown diamond designs (for example CLARITAS LUMINEUSE and MYSTÈRE) also offer F colour, VS2 clarity. Moissanite is GRA certified; lab diamonds are IGI certified with the report number laser inscribed on the girdle and the original report shipped with the ring.
- Lower grades (for example E/VS1, F/VS2) and natural mined diamonds are sourced on request to a customer's budget.
- Metals: solid 10K, 14K and 18K gold in yellow, white or rose, and 950 platinum. 9K on request. Never hollow, never plated. White gold is rhodium plated and re-plated free every three years for ten years.
- Heritage & Co. does not rework customer rings, set outside stones or take stones or gold in trade.

## Payment

- PayFast (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay), Stitch instant EFT and Stitch Pay Later (two to six interest-free instalments), Payflex, Mobicred, direct EFT and bank transfer.
- Made-to-order pieces can start with a 50% deposit; the balance is paid in instalments before handover, interest free, with no fees. Not a credit agreement.
- Quotes are generally honoured after site price changes unless the gold price moves sharply. Ask about direct EFT.

## Process, delivery and warranty

- Process: payment or deposit, then stone sourcing and a video of the actual stone with its report for approval, CAD approval, casting, setting, engraving, quality check, dispatch. Customer updated at every stage.
- Delivery in South Africa: free, insured courier, 24 to 48 hours from dispatch depending on region, Direct Signature by the purchaser personally. International by arrangement, DDP where the country allows.
- Returns: no change of mind returns once production has begun (made to order). Defects reported within 48 hours are covered. Consumer Protection Act rights unaffected.
- Warranty: 20-year workmanship warranty plus Heritage Lifetime Care. Insurance valuation certificate issued with every order.
- Compliance: customers over R5,000 provide an SA ID number and residential address at checkout (FICA).

## What Heritage & Co. is not

- Not a physical showroom or chain. There is no viewing room and no appointment-based viewing.
- Not a discount retailer: no sales, discount codes or limited-time pricing.
